This newsletter’s VIP… Miss Lacey
Lacey started with us as a trainee, and from the start, there was some excitement because she had been a student at Heyfield Primary School, and was coming back to complete her traineeship as an Education Support staff. She left for a year then return as a fully qualified ES, with the ambition to become a teacher. She has been studying and we are so very excited that one day, she may be one of our teachers too.
Lacey is driven, thorough in everything she does. She brings much fun in the staffroom and she is a great storyteller. Lacey is already a fantastic teacher, who has shown much care and a genuine will to support all students, every day. She has grown in confidence, matured in her teaching practice and reflects on how she improves and how we can improve for the benefit of our students. We are very lucky to have her with us!
