This newsletter’s VIP… Miss Schmidt

I have known Ann since I first started as a teacher, and already then, I was inspired by her positive, friendly and genuinely caring personality. She always has a way to bring enthusiasm and fun into the school, and especially her classroom. She was like this 20 years ago when I met her and she still is!

Ann brings much love and knowledge with her every day and has very high expectations for herself. Even though it is ‘part of her job’, (her words not mine) to organise events like the Talent Show or dress-up days, she always goes beyond her role and makes sure everything is perfect. I am deeply disappointed she announced her retirement to performing at the Talent Show. I thought it was brilliant, but then again, I could be a little biased!

Thank you, Miss Schmidt, for everything and for being you. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
