This week’s VIPs… Megan, Rhonda and Jaimee
Our Wellbeing and Leadership teams include these three ladies and there is a lot more done behind the curtains. They each bring skills and knowledge specific to their role and their personal strengths are added assets. We support each other with honesty, empathy and we are not scared to disagree. I have learnt to be a better leader thanks to them as they often lead my self-reflections.
They are flexible, adaptable and always ready to give ideas a go, even though there’s a shake of the heads with it.
