What happened this week?
This week in a nutshell…
Inquiry Projects
Room 5 and 6 have been learning about Earth Science as part of their inquiry. The students learnt about the characteristics of the planets, then, used this knowledge to design and create their own planets.
ART
Room 4 students look like they had much fun in the Art room this past week.
Swimming
Junior and senior students had their swimming lessons this week.
The outdoor pool for our 3-6 students was looking a little cold for some but hopefully it will be much warmer by the end of the program, and hopefully much warmer for the Swimming Carnival, taking place next Thursday.
All students and staff will arrive at the pool at 11:30 and the day should be over by 2pm. The order of events is: Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, and Novelties. If any parents can help, we would appreciate very much extra pair of hands, so please let Lachlan Fasoli or Jaimee Jones know asap.
Recess Fun
It is always good to see senior students interact with our junior ones. Thank you Matthew for sharing the toys you made!
