This week in a nutshell…
Photos
Students have enjoyed seeing the photos taken throughout Term 3. We will keep adding more to the slideshow each week and you can see them on the TV, outside the library.
5/6 Debates
The senior students presented their arguments last week during their debates. They all spoke clearly and with confidence. The reasons given for ‘for and against’ were all valid and well researched.
Concert
The props and costumes were still being made on Wednesday afternoon. Mrs Jones modelled to Ahri how to use the plank on wheels, as a last minute alteration to Room 8 dance. We had no microphones on Thursday morning at our dress rehearsal but you would not have guessed it on Thursday afternoon and evening! Everyone and everything ran smoothly. I still find some little beads and glitter at times, which makes me smile.
Next year’s theme is already decided! I promise we will try and not make anyone cry next time!
